    Job Title: Business Manager - Sales

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business, including financial management, business operations, payroll, and human resource administration functions.

    In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
    • Achieving sales targets on projects month on month through a team of 6 to 10 designers.
    • Ensuring sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
    • Targeting and achieving 12 to 15 projects a month by ensuring new project bookings.
    • Responsibility for customer experience and relationship management.
    • Training designers to ensure sales enablement and achievement of their targets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's qualification: B-Arch (preferred) or relevant industry exposure.
    • 5+ years of relevant work-experience in B2C business development and growth.
    • Managerial experience of minimum 12 months leading a team.
