Job description
We are looking for a Senior Automation Specialist for a global renewable energy solutions provider.Job Profile:
Designing Automation Solutions:
Analyzing existing workflows and processes to identify areas where automation can be implemented to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Developing Automation Scripts and Tools:
Writing code and scripts to automate repetitive tasks using programming languages such as Python, Java, or PowerShell.
Implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Deploying RPA tools and technologies to automate tasks across various departments, such as data entry, data validation, and report generation.
The S&P team use Blue Prism RPA platform.Integration with Existing Systems:
Ensuring that automated solutions integrate seamlessly with existing software systems and platforms used within the organization.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conducting thorough testing of automation scripts and tools to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance under various conditions.
Documentation and Training:
Documenting the automation processes, procedures, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitoring automated processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies, as well as performing routine maintenance and updates to keep automation systems running smoothly.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure that automation solutions meet business needs.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Computers (MCA, MTech).
6 months-2 years of python programming experience + exposure to web crawling and understanding of html, CSS, xpath (selenium, scrapy, pandas).
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JS, CSS, and other element identifications.Familiarity with data extraction process and tools preferred.
Having knowledge of SQL and database is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and Excel will be a plus point.
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedules to meet deadlines.
Comfortable taking initiatives and finding creative solutions for complex problems.
Good Communication Skills is a must.
Flexibility and attitude for multi-tasking.
Problem-solving and effective Inter-personal skills.
