    Job Requirements

    We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our growing team As the Analytics Engineer, you are responsible for KPI reporting, deep-dive analysis, and ad-hoc data needs for our customer facing teams. Expect to effectively leverage and interact with teams across the organizations to ensure operational effectiveness. Be a strong partner to Account Management, Customer Success, Managed Services, and Knowledge Management, where you will discover efficiencies, trends, and recommendations based on thorough data analysis.

    What You'll Do

    ● Create and maintain key business reporting and dashboards

    ● Develop LookML and SQL queries in a building block structure

    ● Data deep-dives to understand where improvements can be made and why certain spikes in the data are being seen

    ● Closely partner with team leadership

    ● General understanding of the Phenom platform and modules

    ● Identify areas for continuous improvement based upon data

    ● This position will need to work in varied shifts - "ANY" 9 hour shift between timeframe 11 am IST - 11 pm IST in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

    Work Experience

    ● 9+ years experience in an Analytics or Data Engineering role

    ● Solid understanding of data pipelines and structure

    ● Data analysis with tools such as Looker or Apache Superset

    ● High attention to detail and data validation

    ● Detail oriented and organizational skills

    ● Program / project management skills

    ● Data science education is a plus

    ● Ability to create clear, concise process documentation

    ● Willingness to learn, unlearn, and think on your feet

    ● Flexibility and nimbleness

    ● Communicate with confidence
