Quality Assurance
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at FatakPay, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute test plans, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and user experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in Python programming for test automation and scripting.
Strong understanding of API testing concepts and methodologies.
Expertise in functional testing techniques and methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good to have: Finance domain knowledge.
Tools:
Appium for mobile automation testing, particularly on iOS platforms.
Postman for API testing.
Selenium for web automation.
Pytest framework for automation.
Git version control system for code management and collaboration.
JMeter for performance testing.
SQL for database testing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of software products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for both manual and automated testing.
- Design, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Python, Appium, and other relevant tools for API and iOS automation testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and UX/UI design, to understand requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to validate software functionality and stability.
- Utilize SQL queries to verify data integrity and perform database testing.
- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and processes for QA activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in Python programming for test automation and scripting.
- Extensive experience with Appium for mobile automation testing, particularly on iOS platforms. - Strong understanding of API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman).
- Solid knowledge of Git version control system for code management and collaboration. - Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and methodologies.
- Expertise in functional testing techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database testing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
