    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and industry best practices to support organisational goals effectively.
    • Develop and implement new HR policies while ensuring existing ones are regularly updated to remain compliant and aligned with organisational objectives.
    • Ensure employees understand and adhere to HR policies, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
    • Conduct recruitment for both call centre and corporate positions, utilising industry-specific strategies to identify and onboard qualified candidates.
    • Maintain HR procedures in accordance with labour laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees.
    • Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to assess organisational performance and inform strategic decision-making.
    • Record and manage employee attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Oversee the employee termination process, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company protocols.
    • Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
    • Drive training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and performance management systems to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
    • Uphold organisational values and promote a positive work culture, fostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and accountability.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR recruitment
    • Language: English /Tamil/Telugu /Kannada
    • Proficiency in English, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada languages.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
    • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

    Salary Package: Starting at 30k per month, with room for negotiation based on skills and expertise.
