• Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs.
• Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
• Coach and develop software engineers into software architects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Extensive experience with AWS services. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms.
• Preferred qualifications
• Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions effectively. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative problem-solving. Road map planning for upcoming releases.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.
• Taking lead on projects, as needed Strong experience Java & J2EE application.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD Experience in deploying Spring Boot & Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS. Strong expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
