    Description

    Role Summary:

    Power Platform Engineer is responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of MS Power Platform applications across the enterprise

    Support the McCormick's Product Architecture in defining and documenting artifacts supporting their business outcomes including but not limited to: conceptual solution diagram, high-level solution architecture, capability definition and diagram, release structure.

    Build/Support Power Platform COE and Governance structure as per global best practices.

    Provide technical advice to team members and customers on best practices for SharePoint Online / Power Platform development

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evolve and shape the strategy, architecture, platform and standards for the Power Platform
    • Build/Support Power Platform COE and Governance structure as per global best practices.
    • Transform business requirements into reusable/manageable solution
    • Project lead responsible for completion of project from design through post-implementation
    • Designs, codes, tests, and implements new application programs and/or modifies existing programs.

    Desired skills:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications or related Technology streams
    • 10 years of relevant experience with in IT functions, including PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, SharePoint, InfoPath
    • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues both internally and externally
    • Solid leadership skills are essential
    • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual, global and culturally diverse teams
    • Ability to work independently, navigate problems, resolve conflicts and bring solutions into the table
    • Build strong interpersonal relationships and be able to persuade, negotiate and influence for meeting business objectives
    • Innovative thinker - able to turn customer requirements into workable solutions
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
