Knowledge of Tools like Sonar, Git, SVN, JenkinsUnderstands and develops software solutions to meet end user requirementManage full lifecycle of project from requirements gathering to GO LIVE in productionShould be able to do code reviewShould be able to review Test casesPerformance Tuning of Web/Application serversOutstanding written and verbal communication skillBanking Domain experience (Good to have)
