    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design management of multispecialty hospital projects from concept to completion, overseeing master planning and ensuring compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
    • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and engineering teams to ensure functionality, patient flow, and clinical efficiency are embedded in design.
    • Manage relationships with architectural consultants, interior designers, landscape architects, and specialist healthcare planners.
    • Evaluate project risks and propose solutions during the design phase to minimize cost escalations and delays.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory. A Master's in Architecture / Healthcare Design / Project Management is preferred.
    • Registered Architect with Council of Architecture (COA), India. Minimum 12–18 years of architectural experience, with at least 8 years in hospital/healthcare design.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare planning, medical equipment integration, infection control, and hospital operational workflows.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional knowledge of hospital design standards and codes.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-based coordination.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
