• Monitoring andauditing calls made by admissioncounselors.
  
• Share feedback with theteam and managers.
  
• Providingemployees with relevant Quality Control training QAtraining.
  
• Take initiative forprocess improvement and to improve callquality.
  
• Conductcallcalibrations.
  
• Creating andupdating sops.
  
• Conduct training fornew and current sales associates and develop individualizedtraining plans for underperformingsalespersons.
  
• Schedule orientationsand related training events for individuals andteams.
  
• Observe sales encounters anddetermine the training needs for individuals and/or salesteams.
  
• Improve training techniqueswhen need to meet the unique demands ofcases.
  
• Stay updated with currentmarket trends and the changing demands of the salesenvironment.
  
• Endto End ownership ofSales teams training requirements (new joiner as well as refreshertraining).
  
• Proactively conductskills gap analyses to identify areas ofimprovement.
  
• Show visible &measurable impact of trainingprograms.
  
• Conduct effective trainingsessions on soft skills topics deploy a wide variety of trainingmethods.
  
• Monitor and evaluatetraining programs effectiveness success and ROI periodically andreport on them.
  
• Assess trainingeffectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills andtechniques into employees work behavior through quality audit /innovativemethod.
  

Requirements

• Excellentwritten and spoken communicationskills.
  
• Proven experience in callquality analysis.
  
• Approachable andvibrant personality.
  
• Must be a teamplayer with the ability to work independently prioritize tasks andmeet targets/deadlines.
  
• Basicproficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) ispreferable.
