    Description

    Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

    Company: I Tech E-commerce

    Location: Noida Sector 4

    Salary: Up to 35,000 INR per month

    Job Type: Full-time, 6 days working

    Timing: 09:30 to 06:30

    Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR operations and end-to-end recruitment

    Interview Rounds: 2 virtual interviews followed by a final round walk-in interview

    Gender Preference: Female candidates only

    Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and effectively align HR strategies and solutions to drive business results.

    2. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

    3. Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance and resolution for conflicts or concerns.

    4. Implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.

    5. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend proactive solutions.

    6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.

    7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and development initiatives.

    8. Maintain HR documentation and records accurately and confidentially.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

    2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.

    3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

    4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    5. Pleasant personality with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

    6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    7. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.

    8. Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
