    Job Description: Human Resource Executive for News Channel

    Position: Human Resource Executive

    Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience

    Salary Range: Up to 30,000 per month

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Executive with a minimum of 1 year of HR experience to join our news channel's HR department. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling various HR functions, supporting the recruitment process, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Your expertise in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle diverse HR responsibilities will contribute to the overall success of our news channel.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    2. Employee Relations: Be a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, and work towards prompt and effective resolution while ensuring confidentiality.
    3. HR Policies and Compliance: Help implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations.
    4. Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, track performance evaluations, and provide support in developing performance improvement plans.
    5. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee contracts, attendance, leaves, and other relevant information.
    6. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and track employee development to enhance skills and performance.
    7. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster a positive and motivated work culture.
    8. Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs and ensure timely communication regarding benefit updates.
    9. Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and contribute to exit process improvements.
    10. Compliance Reporting: Assist in preparing HR-related reports, metrics, and data required by management.

    Requirements:

    1. Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in the media or broadcasting industry.
    3. Knowledge of HR Practices: Familiarity with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment and employee management.
    4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
    5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address employee-related issues effectively.
    6. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
    7. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    8. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    9. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software applications.
