    Full Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Production planning / scheduling for injection moulded plastic components
    • Handle day-to-day production issues
    • Proficient and knowledgable with setting injection moulding machine parameters for best practices
    • Acquire and maintain hourly, daily and monthly production data
    • Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
    • Liaise and purchase raw materials from suppliers
    • Lead, train and guide the production team
    • Hands-on required at times

    Requirements:

    • Engineering Diploma / Degree preferred - Minimum 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience
    • Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TQM and TPM
    • Experience in Inventory Control and ERP system will be an advantage
    • Strong in computer literacy
    • Hardworking, dynamic and enjoy challenges
