- Production planning / scheduling for injection moulded plastic components
- Handle day-to-day production issues
- Proficient and knowledgable with setting injection moulding machine parameters for best practices
- Acquire and maintain hourly, daily and monthly production data
- Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
- Liaise and purchase raw materials from suppliers
- Lead, train and guide the production team
- Hands-on required at times
- Engineering Diploma / Degree preferred - Minimum 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience
- Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TQM and TPM
- Experience in Inventory Control and ERP system will be an advantage
- Strong in computer literacy
