    Who are we looking for:

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy, building and managing the marketing team, and implementing creative campaigns to position our brand as a market leader.

    What you'll Do:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, target customer segments, and competitive landscape.
    • Grow the existing marketing team to drive content and organic-driven growth strategy, along with deploying paid ads diligently.
    • Be mad for growth through organic channels - excellent vision for Content Marketing and Social Media engagement
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, including digital marketers, content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, PR, events, and more.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, Finance and customer support, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals.
    • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
    • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI and growth.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to position the company as an industry thought leader.
    • Work closely with the executive team to provide strategic input, reporting on marketing performance, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
    • Build a Marketing Stack of the core brand ( including positioning ) and user acquisition strategy.

    What You'll Need:

    • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions, preferably someone who's currently leading the Marketing charter at a B2C FinTech startup
    • 5-7 years of experience in setting up Marketing stacks, preferably for a hyper-growth B2C startup
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, and increasing brand awareness.
    • Excellent understanding of Marketing Analytics, Marketing Automation, SEO& SEM
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
    • Must have an immense focus on driving user growth through organic channels and not by the inefficient use of money
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Data-driven mindset, with a deep understanding of analytics and metrics for measuring marketing performance.
    • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations within the fintech industry is a plus.
