    We are seeking a talented and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by effectively marketing our bench resources to potential clients. This role is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
    • Proven track record of successfully marketing bench resources and securing contracts
    • Strong understanding of the IT consulting industry and market trends
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Good knowledge of bench recruitment processes
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and explore new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients
    • Market and promote our bench resources to clients in order to secure new contracts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
    • Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for bench marketing
    • Screen, interview, and present bench candidates to clients
    • Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for bench candidates
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of bench candidates
    • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
