Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects (website development) according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure project objectives are met. This role will also involve managing project risks and issues, as well as communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress

Key Responsibilities-

● Lead and oversee website design and development projects for e-commerce platforms from inception to completion.

● Create and maintain a detailed project plan, and ensure all project deliverables are on schedule.

● Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams.

● Manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans as needed

● Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project team members, management, and customers.

● Facilitate project closeout activities, including the transfer of ownership to the customer and the delivery of project documentation.

Preferred Skills-

● Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science engineering or any related field.

● Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry, more specifically with overseas (international) clients.

● Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

● Experience in Scrum/Agile project management is a plus.

● Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex website projects, delivering on time and within budget.
