- Strong knowledge of audiology principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience in conducting hearing tests and diagnosing auditory disorders
- Ability to fit and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and counseling for individuals with hearing loss
- Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Valid license or certification in audiology
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
- Master's degree in Audiology or related field
