    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and customers, promoting our services, and converting leads into sales. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar role
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
    • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues
    • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
