Position - Assistant Manager – Order ManagementExperience - 4-6 YearsLocation - Gurgaon HOKey Deliverables
(Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job) :Declare MRP to SCM & MDM for all Business Units.
Create and close Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with established procedures.
Approve POs based on specified criteria and guidelines.
Maintain the Article & Attributes Tracker, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Upload orders and MRPs using the WEAIM system.
Update and compile Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all Business Units.
Key Requirement:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good speed and understanding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, proactive, and assertive approach to work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Integrity and the ability to work effectively under pressure in demanding situations.
