    Description

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Sales/Lead Gen


    • Perform Market Research to Identify key contacts by LinkedIn/Calling/Referral etc.
    • Cold calling, Lead generation for USA Geography.
    • Develop relationships with prospects
    • Prepare/Coordinate with managers for quotation creation/submission
    • Follow up for PO issuance
    • Supporting the Marketing team by providing first line support
    • Maintain appropriate documentation and records of client interactions
    • Proactively gather and utilize prospect feedback and suggestions
    • Communicate effectively with peers and managers
    • Work with IT and Sales teams to resolve client issues
    Client Engagement


    • Prospect and identify new business opportunities: Generate leads and actively seek out new customers.
    • Serve as a point of contact for client support and complaints
    • Conduct market research, identify target industries, and develop a sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
    • Build and maintain customer relationships:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and customer challenges.
    • Work with other departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner
    • Proactively gather and utilize client feedback and suggestions
    • Contribute to the development of future client support processes
    • Communicate effectively with peers and managers
    • Work with IT and Sales teams to resolve client issues
