    Description

    The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Work as an outbound Sales Development Associate and collaborate with an existing team.
    • Should have experience in team management, and people development if applicable.
    • Create appointments, meetings, and sales calls.
    • To generate leads, collaborate with different stakeholders, and hit your goals

    Qualifications

    • MBA
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
    • Strong command of Hindi and English. And should be able to handle Tamil.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
    • CRM experience is preferred
