Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Intern located in Coimbatore. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist with HR-related tasks such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

Your daily tasks may include supporting HR management activities, updating HR records, handling employee inquiries, and participating in HR projects and meetings.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
