- Accountable to build immediate & long-term business strategy within the specified category of building materials.
- Develop a robust business relationship with key brands, suppliers in the given market.
- Accountable to manage the overall P&L including RGM (Rupee Gross Margin) of the category.
- Onboarding of brands for Strategic Partnership, finalizing the Terms of Trade (TOT) and long terms agreement for mutual benefits.
- Identifying the product assortment and catalogue for offline and online sales keeping the customer choice and market trends into consideration.
- Finalizing the display planning of Bay, Section, Endcaps and Wall Fixtures.
- Finalizing Sales Price for Resellers, IHB and Contractors along with planning of Promotions for my Category.
- Managing assortment mix in line with category strategy & inventory levels.
- Responsible for identifying Key value items (KVI) and Replenishment.
- Responsible for Pricing, Margins, Stock Liquidation and Other income.
- Analysing product performance & sell-through tracking on a monthly/seasonal basis.
- Maintain perpetual inventory of applicable product so that profitability can be analysed and purchasing decisions can be modified continually to ensure maximum profitability.
