- Growing the Commercial Banking business for the Circle across key metrics by working with RMs and Credit Analysts
- Maintaining and deepening the relationship with assets & liability customers
- Ensuring new quality customers are onboarded, while maintaining the health of the existing portfolio
- Monitoring the portfolio and ensuring resolution of stressed portfolio by working with the Collections Team
- Participating in the Credit Committee discussions as a part of the sanctioning process
- Driving, training and motivating teams in Centres to achieve growth across key metrics
- Driving implementation and adoption of business initiatives
- Ensuring all activities in the Circle comply with Audit & Risk guidelines
- Interacting with product & operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to the customer
- Ensuring deeper relationships via cross selling other products via a team of SME RMs.
- Coordinating for manpower recruitment and onboarding of employees in the Geography
- Management graduates with a significant experience in leading/managing large teams
- Good understanding of the Commercial Banking business
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language
