    Representing theMercedesBenz dealership on the telephone and by means of personalwelcome as the first point of contact for all visitors and businesspartners
    Promptly greeting andaddressing all visitors to the MercedesBenzdealership
    Friendly and openapproach to visitors in accordance with the MercedesBenzidentity
    Looking after customerswaiting in the showroom
    Answeringand conducting telephone calls and connecting callers if required(switchboard) with properetiquettes
    Arranging for staffwho are temporarily unavailable to callback
    Ensuring prompt prioritycustomer care for those with problems orcomplaints
    Recording anddocumenting walkins and teleins in theshowroom

    Sales
    Introduce sales consultants to all showroom walkincustomers
    Providing customerswith initial information in the form of brochures if necessary incase of sales consultants are not available at theshowroom
    Provide basicinformation about Mercedes Benz Dealership and Mercedes Benzproducts and services over phone to all telephoneenquiries.
    Proactively offerrefreshments to all walkincustomers
    Record telein andwalkin prospects information in showroom logbook and share the samewith sales manager daily
    Pass onall telein enquires to respective sales consultants with theconsent of sales manager
    Assisting the sales consultant to present products services byhanding over brochures price lists schemes etc to salesconsultants

    Resourcesmanagement
    Ensure all showroomdisplay vehicles are displayed in a proper layout (as recommendedby MB India)
    Ensure cleanlinessof display vehicles by maintaining the showroom vehiclechecklist
    Ensure all test drivevehicles are parked in their respective parkingbays
    Ensure cleanliness of alltest drive vehicles by maintaining the test drive vehicle cleaningchecklist

    Maintain test drive log book to monitor and control properusability of test drive vehicles
    Act as one point contact for information related to test drivevehicleavailability

    Showroom/facilitiesmanagement
    Ensuring that theshowroom is kept clean and tidy by maintaining the showroomcleaning checklist
    Promoting afriendly atmosphere in accordance with the MercedesBenz corporatedesign
    Ensuring that thereception is kept clean and tidy including thefunctionality/availability of the equipment/refreshments and snacksprovided in these areas
    Checkingand if required refilling brochureboxes
    Checking arranging and ifrequired refilling accessoryitems

    Ensure that the customerparking bays are strictly utilised for customers vehicle parkingand ensure that at any given point at least one parking bay isavailable forcustomers.
