Key Responsibilities – IT & Data Solutions Support (Remote, India)

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional international teams to deliver seamless IT and data solutions that meet business objectives.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents related to software, hardware, and network systems—ensuring minimal downtime for stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure data pipelines; manage data integration, cleansing, validation, and analysis for actionable business insights.
• Administer user accounts, system access, and data security protocols in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Process and respond promptly to end-user queries on IT systems and business data, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Participate in the development and execution of IT and data projects, including migration, automation, and reporting solutions.
• Generate and present regular reports on system uptime, incident trends, and data integrity metrics to management teams.
• Document technical procedures, workflows, and issue resolutions for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimise IT operations and enhance data accuracy, contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience – IT & Data Analyst Requirements (India WFH)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1+ year's experience in an IT support, data analytics, or similar technology-driven support role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualisation tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of basic scripting (Python, Shell, or similar) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities – fluent English required.
• Customer-oriented, proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and data security best practices.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours if supporting international stakeholders.
