    Qualifications and Skills

    • Master's degree in Human Resources.
    • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
    • Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively use job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
    • Experience with cold calling and networking to generate candidate leads.
    • Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

    Roles and Responsibilities
