    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of IT sales processes. The role will primarily involve driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales techniques, with a focus on field sales activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management to track progress and make informed decisions.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and customer service to enhance overall business performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT sales.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
