    • Player Engagement & Communication: Manage and respond to player inquiries via various channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging arcade gaming experience.

    • Revenue Growth & Upselling: Identify key players, promote tailored offers and personalized promotions to boost player engagement, and maximize player lifetime value (LTV).

    • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage player data and analytics to monitor behavior trends and identify opportunities for improving player experience and increasing engagement.
