Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate the selection process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics
