Key Responsibilities :

Develop and customize ServiceNow Portal Components such as Branding, SP pages, UI pages, and Widgets to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST API integrations.
Utilize ServiceNow development tools and features to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Strong expertise in developing ServiceNow Portal Components and Service Portal solutions.
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS (1.X), Angular Provider, Angular Templates.
Experience with CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap for frontend development.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and features, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST API.
