Job Summary:

While no two days will be the same, here are some of your key responsibilities:

• Lead CPQ and Pricing transformation initiatives, designing scalable and flexible PROS-based solutions.
  • Develop pricing strategies that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of PROS CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Large-scale CPQ Implementations: Lead and manage large-scale Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) implementations by providing hands-on technical and functional guidance throughout the process.
• Integration Management: Resolve integration challenges between CPQ solutions and various backend enterprise systems to ensure smooth data flow and system interactions.
• Application Performance & Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and optimization of CPQ applications to meet business needs and maximize efficiency.
• Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices and supporting their digital transformation journeys in pricing and CPQ.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction, and identify further opportunities for engagement and collaboration.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor and coach junior team members to foster skill development, knowledge sharing, and career growth within the team.
• Industry Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to maintain a thought-leadership position in CPQ and pricing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

CPQ Solution Expertise: 7+ years of experience architecting Pricing and CPQ solutions with expertise in:

• Product Modeling & Configuration: Strong knowledge in product configuration, including Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes.
• Complex Pricing Models: Expertise in guided selling, complex pricing models, discounting structures, and approval workflows.
• Quoting & Document Generation: Experience with quoting, document generation, e-signature processes, and managing contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
• Quote-to-Order Conversion: Skilled in seamless Quote-to-Order conversion, ensuring smooth transitions from quoting to final order processing.

Platform Expertise:

• CPQ Platforms: 2+ years of hands-on experience working with CPQ platforms such as PROS, Conga, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Solution Design & Validation: Strong hands-on experience in solution design, code review, and script validation to ensure CPQ systems are fully optimized and meet business requirements.

• Location: The position is open for multiple locations depending on the candidate's experience and location preference.
• Education: A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
