    Responsibilities and Technical Experience:

    The Translation Project Manager Assistant supports the management of translation and localization projects from start to finish, ensuring IQVIA standards are met while working with the wider project management team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support quote management and follow-up, verifying details with senior profiles when necessary.
    • Assist in pre-flight project preparation, gathering necessary documentation and materials.
    • Liaise with clients to assess and agree on project parameters and requirements, flagging potential issues for review by senior profiles.
    • Help launch projects according to setup and requirements, coordinating with senior profiles as needed.
    • Liaise with linguists for RCA investigation and support project scope assessments to select vendors and negotiate deadlines effectively.
    • Complete project finances accurately.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with freelance and in-house linguists worldwide.
    • Understand and adhere to the Quality Management System.
    • Comply with IQVIA procedures and SOPs.
    • Identify areas for improvement and suggest fixes to senior profiles for review and implementation.
    • Provide administrative support to the project management team and assist with other clerical tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a linguistic, business, or scientific field.
    • Fluency in English is essential, with an additional language being advantageous.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities and changing demands.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Able to work independently using initiative and follow instructions.
    • Demonstrated advanced IT skills.
    • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
