Job DescriptionWhat you will doLead and drive Agile POD operations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Act as the primary liaison between the POD team and the Product Owner (Brand Manager), ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.

Coach team members on Agile methodologies, helping them embrace Agile principles, and implement best practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or roadblocks, working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues.
Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of project milestones.
What you will needBachelor's degree in a related field Project Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration).Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
Scrum certification or equivalent Agile training is required.
Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
