Job Description /RoleEnhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for Luxury Projects to create new markets, achieve targeted salesdriving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service maintaining relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the purchase/sale analysing the real estate market and identifying potential buyers.
Managing the entire process of buying real estate, including negotiations, paperwork, and closing.utilization of every possible resources to accomplish the Sales and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemestargeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
Preferred profile:
should have at least 7 – 10 years of work experience of selling Luxury be Graduate / Post Graduate from well-known be familiar with English, Hindi and Marathi language.
