Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform day today financial transactions including verifying classifying andrecording
accounts receivable and payabledata.
Process expense reports. Verify and investigateany discrepancies. Generate reportsdetailing accounts payable status.
Facilitate payment ofvendor invoices and respond to vendor requests.
Understand expense accounts and cost centres.
Understandcompliance issues around accounts payable processes (W9 sales taxetc)


Requirements:
24 years of StaffAccountant experience
BS degree in Finance Accounting orBusiness Administration
Solid understanding of basicbookkeeping and accounting principles
Proven ability tocalculate post and manage accounting figures and financialrecords
Data entry skills along with a knack fornumbers
Handson experience with spreadsheets accountingsoftware and payroll systems
High degree of accuracy andattention to detail
Thorough knowledge and understandingof U.S. GAAP
Strict adherence to confidentialityregulations and ethical standards


SoftwareKnowledge:

Required:
Strong Microsoft Excelskills

Proficiency in Sage Intacct andSalesforce
Experience using expense reporting software(e.g. Concur)
