    The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. You are well-read, customer-oriented, and strategically driven with prowess and knowledge of social media handling to achieve goals, and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills. In this role, you will be in touch with a top client across our roster and directly represent the agency. Needless to say, experience in social media and digital marketing is a must.

    Responsibilities

    1. Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.

    2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact

    3. Interfacing with the clients to communicate broad strategies, monthly reports, and updates

    4. Maintaining a strong and symbiotic relationship with the clients, their marketing department, or their point of contact and gauging their needs from time to time.

    5. Liaising internally with team members to ensure smooth workflows, adherence to deadlines, and efficiency

    6. Understanding and analyzing on a fortnightly basis, the trajectory of the client's accounts. Maintaining a unified vision between clients' expectations and our plans for the brand

    7. Helping clients understand their performance using customized matrices that are beneficial to their needs and their organization's requirements.

    Qualifications, Experience, and Skills required

    1. A bachelor's degree in BCom, BBA, BMS, BMM, Communication, or other relevant subjects.

    2. Prior work experience of at least 2 years at a digital marketing agency

    . 3. Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.

    4. Diplomacy and ability to meet deadlines, ability to work under pressure.

    5. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

    6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    7. Excellent active listening skills.
