    Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (3-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Position)

    Location: Domlur, Bangalore (on-site)

    Salary: 10,000 INR per month (Contract) | Potential increase to 20,000 INR (Permanent)

    Role Description

    • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing incoming calls and emails.
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of their time.
    • Prepare and organize documents for internal and external meetings, including reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
    • Coordinate and oversee the execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
    • Attend meetings for the CEO when necessary, taking notes and providing summaries to keep the CEO well-informed.
    • Manage and reconcile expenses and budgets related to office management and CEO activities.
    • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all business-sensitive information.
    • Act proactively to address and resolve administrative issues before they escalate.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance
    • Proficiency in managing expense reports
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative tools
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Relevant certifications or additional training in executive assistance is a plus
