- Work closely with the o9 Academy team and the universities to analyze our digital content and create curriculum plans tailored to meet the needs of university students, ensuring a balance between live virtual sessions and self-study materials.
- Help in setting up practice environments for exercises
- Coordination with Universities:
- Manage the registration process, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for students and university partners.
- Chat Session Management:
- Facilitate chat sessions, Q&A, and discussions to support students and ensure they receive timely assistance.
- Office Hours:
- Conduct regular office hours to provide one-on-one support and guidance to students and university staff.
- Offer training sessions to students and staff in the areas of Supply Chain Management and o9 software, tailoring content to their needs.
- Develop and deliver training content that aligns with sales and presales strategies in the SCM domain, helping students gain practical knowledge of the industry.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and university partners to continually improve the curriculum and training programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Supply Chain Management, and share this knowledge with the academic community.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain Management. Customer/Sales/Pre-sales Training, Curriculum Development, Consulting, type of roles in the Supply chain area are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of o9 software or similar SCM solutions.
- Experience in corporate training, curriculum development, or a related educational role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills to coordinate collaborations with multiple universities.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and educational needs.
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
