    Job Title: Diffusion Equipment Engineer

    About the Role

    Orbit & Skyline is seeking an experienced Diffusion Equipment Engineer with expertise on the 200 TEL Alpha 8se tool set.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of diffusion furnace equipment, including control systems like SPC, tools, and process alarm limits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Semiconductor diffusion equipment maintenance in International FABs.
    • Experience on the 200 TEL Alpha 8se tool set is mandatory.
    • In-depth knowledge of diffusion furnace equipment and basic process knowledge.
    • Responsible for Preventive and corrective maintenance of diffusion furnace equipment.
    • Good understanding of control systems like SPC, tools, and process alarm limits.
    • Able to perform robot teaching, Temperature calibration using Flat zone TC jig.
    • Maximize the uptime of equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment-related problems.
    • Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve process issues.
    • Self-driven, and ability to work independently individually or in a team environment.

    Requirements:

    • 6 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is mandatory.
    • Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
    • Positive attitude & good team player.
    • Understanding of sensors, actuators, pneumatics.
    • Able to work in rotating shifts.
    • Good verbal & written communication skills.
    • Self-driven, and ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
