    We are seeking Accounts Executive to join our team.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar role as a Junior Accounts Executive.
    • Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
    • Knowledge of GST & relevant accounting principles and regulations.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, recording transactions, updating financial records, purchase entry and sales entry.
    • Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
    • Assist with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
    • Support the senior accounts team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
