    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Develop and Maintain Capital Models

    Create and maintain complex capital models to support strategic decision-making and investment analysis.

    Design Optimal Capital Structure

    Contribute to the design and implementation of an optimal capital structure to achieve short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic goals.

    Capital Raising and Structuring

    Assist in securing non-recourse and limited recourse financing through various instruments, including equity, hybrid capital, and structured credit.

    Evaluate Strategic Opportunities

    Lead the evaluation of partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion opportunities to fuel Azure Power's sustainable success.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of valuation and corporate finance principles.
    • Knowledge of the power & infrastructure sector in India, with experience in renewables being a plus.
    • MBA or CFA degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
    • Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills.
    • Sharp analytical mindset with attention to detail and execution skills.
    • Team player with ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
    • Self-starter with confidence, independence, and drive to make an impact.
