    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at StarcAds located in Kochi. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
    • Identify key digital channels and tactics to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

    Paid Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, etc.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust campaign parameters to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to enhance website performance and rankings.

    Content Marketing:

    • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, etc.
    • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with overall digital marketing objectives.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics, etc.
    • Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and digital marketing trends.

    Qualifications

    • Social Media Marketing, Social Media Managing, and Digital Marketing skills
    • Web Analytics and Online Marketing skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques
    • Experience with content creation and copywriting
    • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or related field
