    Description

    Job Description:

    IILM is looking for motivated, research driven faculties in the area of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Organization Behaviour and Analytics.

    Responsibilities:

    • lectures, and tutorials for Postgraduate and Undergraduate management students
    • and delivering course content and materials, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in relevant fields
    • in scholarly activities, such as research, publications, and presentations
    • and mentoring student projects and research
    • with colleagues on course and program development
    • in departmental and university committees as needed

    Requirements:

    Eligibility & Work Experience:

    PROFESSOR

    Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or allied area, record of excellence in academics for a minimum of 10 years of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor; ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives; and a record of publications in standard refereed journals (minimum 10 ABDC / Scopus / Web of Science / SCI), and ability to undertake research independently. He should have high research, training and consulting credentials.

    ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

    Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or allied area, with a minimum of 8 years of experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, and ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives; and a record of publications in standard refereed journals (minimum 5 ABDC / Scopus / Web of Science / SCI), and ability to undertake research independently.

    Preference will be given to candidate with:

    • from tier 1 Institutions or Universities of India / International Universities.
    • research credentials in the form of research paper / book chapters / book publication, patent publications / grants, consultancy projects, etc.
    • NET Qualification. Regulations, 2009 or 2016 may be exempted from NET
