Below is the JD for Mission Control Analyst (MCA)

Responsibilities

FUNCTIONAL:

Responsible for preparing and sending different kind of reports on time as per the business

requirement.

Monitor the queue, make call outs and be responsible for the KPIs.

Monitor and analyze current days volume vs over / under staffing and be proactive to

maintain the staffing requirements.

Completion of Task within the timelines v Responsible for adhering the processes

Would perform other related duties and assignments as required by the Manager

Self-motivated and able to perform efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision

Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills

OPERATIONAL:

Good analytical skill

Good English communication skill is a must

Working knowledge in Excel

Eligibility:

Graduate with min 6 month of experience WFM/ Bpo can apply.

Candidates having bpo customer service background can also apply should be aware of given

terms Eg- attrition, shrinkage, AHT.

Should be aware of roles & responsibility of WFM

Should have good knowledge on excel.

Should be good in communications skills.

Should have all documents.
