- Develop/execute email strategies for various demand-generation campaigns
- Write persuasive copy for newsletters, promos, lifecycle campaigns
- Design visually appealing, on-brand, user-friendly email templates
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align email with marketing objectives
- Analyze metrics like open/click rates and conversions; optimize campaigns to meet demand-gen targets
- Ensure compliance with laws/regulations around email marketing
- Stay current with email marketing best practices and trends
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Engineering related from top university
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, copywriting, or related roles
- Proven record of compelling email copy and successful campaigns, and handling email marketing or newsletter products (if you do not know about this, do not apply)
- Deep grasp of email marketing best practices
- Passion for creation showcased through writing samples/projects
- Active presence across relevant social/professional channels
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Strong marketing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
