Job summary
We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our Chennai office. This full-time role is ideal for an individual passionate about driving business process improvements in the BFSI sector.We will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital customer journeys and enable business transformation using conversational AI platforms.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements for digital automation projects within BFSI domain,
create comprehensive BRD documents aligning with objectives ensuring clarity technical non-technical audience,
lead workshops interviewing gather precise project requirements conversational AI solutions
,translate user stories acceptance criteria development team prioritized backlogs managing stakeholder expectations communicating timely clear throughout lifecycle working product engineering alignment goals implementation especially chatbot API integrations stay industry trends propose innovative solutions ongoing projects
