    Description

    1. Taking full responsibility for Factory Administration including HR & Compliance.

    2. Human resources management policies are set up for the organization & implemented ineffective way as required buyer's Code of Conduct/Labor Law.

    3. Guiding Management and Employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating the company's service rules, policies, procedures methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

    4. Efficiently recruitment, training, counseling, orientation program & assign job description.

    Annual Budget, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management & Audits.

    Wages, benefits, pay & allowances, settlement of employee pay & fixation as mentioned labor law/company act

    5. Ensure HR issues - plan, develop, recruit, train, maintain and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.

    6. Preparing, organizing & managing factory audits as per buyer's social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security & QMS requirement.

    7. Maintain regular contacts with the concerned legal departments, business partners, counterparts, commercial houses, etc.

    8. Sound knowledge on process & procedures of certification of WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT & ISO, NEXT & Inditex auidts.

    9. Experienced in health & safety issues covering fire safety, electrical safety & building safety.

    10. Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, fire service & civil defense, labor office, labor court as well as a police station for smooth functioning of factory administration as the compliance demand.

    11. Follow up the CAP & meet the buyer's deadline after every audit.

    12. Prepare annual training calendar; ensure training is conducted as per schedule & effectiveness with proper documentation/register as demanded by the buyer's Code of Conduct.

    13. Interact with factory personals to develop an awareness of compliance issues to achieve better compliance standards.

    14. Handle the legal issues related to company affairs as well as Labor Law.

    15. Ensure legal & compliance issues are raised by the buyers part.

    16. Ensure the security and safety factors in the factory.

    17. Handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.

    18. Maintain Public Relations & Protocol of company.

    Travel Management including ticketing and airport protocol.

    19. Responsible for conducting different training like Capacity Building Programme, Structural, Electrical, Fire Safety, and compliance-related all others.
