• Knowledge of onboarding best practices and employee engagement
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance standards
• Ability to analyze HR data and generate insights
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in conducting interviews is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
• Support in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
• Handle employee relations matters and address HR inquiries
• Sourcing from portals, posting ad and attracting candidates.
• Calling the database to source right candidates for the profiles
• Collaborate with the team on various HR projects and initiatives
