- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a supervisory or leadership role within an edible oil plant or similar production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of edible oil production processes, including extraction, refining, and packaging.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and industry standards in edible oil processing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
